Join us in thanking the more than 113,000 brave men and women from 116 countries who serve as United Nations peacekeepers in 15 missions around the world.
UN peacekeepers risk their lives every day to rebuild societies wracked by violence and natural disasters, restore confidence in people who have known little but war, and adapt to new challenges in some of the most difficult places in the world.
Add your name – and a note if you'd like – to the thank you card below, and we'll deliver it to UN peacekeepers worldwide.874 postcardsAdd postcard

The Agoura students, staff and surrounding community work together to create an effective learning environment and one that promotes success both academics and extra-curricular activities. As our mission statement reads: “Agoura High School develops inquiring, knowledgeable, and caring CHARGERS who are active citizens engaged in 21st Century Learning.” Engaging the 21st Century learner with emphasis on the 3Rs: Rigor, Relevance and Relationships is the focus of our institution as we move forward as an effective learning community. The evidence shows that we are a highly successful school with approximately 98% of our students continuing on to colleges and universities. Additionally, our proficiency levels in both English Language Arts and Mathematics are increasing with 82.8% of our students scoring advanced/proficient in ELA and 52.7% advanced/proficient in Math. The staff is regularly involved in developing dynamic and innovative curricula and instructional strategies which are designed to keep our students well prepared for the fast paced changes of the future. The co-curricular program is designed to involve all students and their interests in leadership, performance, and social activities.
I am wanting to establish an Official Chapter of the UNA-USA campus chapter network. I am a student participating in the international Baccalaureate program and have faculty committed to helping launch a successful chapter.
I would like to schedule a phone call with the appropriate contact person who can help coordinate our efforts.
